How should extended genetic testing be used when screening newborn babies for cystic fibrosis?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Two ways to introduce extended genetic testing are being considered: a ‘Specific’<\/strong> test and a ‘Sensitive’<\/strong> test. We would like to know which approach you prefer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The potential impact of the two different approaches are explored through videos of\u00a0parents’ stories, and an<\/span>\u00a0interactive workbook on the ‘Helping You Decide<\/span><\/span>‘ page.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is recommended that you read the information, and play through all of the videos to give you the best possible understanding, answering some questions as you go.
